Google has committed $25million in funding for youth digital wellbeing and online safety. In their initial use for funds, Google.org is funding all mental health projects from high school teachers through DonorsChoose.org. These funds will support mental health resources to one million high school students and 10,000 educators.

These funds are available to districts nationally. To request resources for your classroom, visit DonorChoose to submit your request. Google.org will instantly fund up to $500 of your request.
Additionally, Google has co-developed Teacher Training Courses that are also avaialble at no cost. And, to incentivize feedback on the training courses, educators will receive another $200 DonorsChoose credit to use for additional supplies.
We love that Google has committed funds toward this initiative. Our schools are so much more than a place for education, they’re also a place for meals, safety, and health for much of our youth.
